Try CLAYM before it's in the stores

CLAYM is almost ready. Before the app lands in the App Store and on Google Play, we're looking for people to try it in everyday life: on walks, runs and bike rides. Pick your phone and you'll be in within a few minutes.

iPhone: via TestFlight

TestFlight is Apple's own app for test versions. It gives you CLAYM and every later update automatically.

Test with TestFlight

  1. Install TestFlightGet the free TestFlight app from the App Store if you don't have it yet.
  2. Open the invitationTap “Test with TestFlight”. TestFlight opens; tap “Accept” there.
  3. Install CLAYMTap “Install”. CLAYM then shows up on your home screen like any other app.

Android: download the app directly

We're not on Google Play yet; that's coming soon. Until then, download the latest version as a file (APK) right here and install it yourself.

  1. Download the APKTap the button. The file is about 65 MB, so Wi-Fi is best.
  2. Open the fileOpen it from the download notification or your Downloads folder. If Android asks whether your browser may install apps, tap “Settings” and allow it.
  3. InstallTap “Install”. If Google Play Protect warns about an unknown app, tap “More details” and then “Install anyway”.

To update, download the latest APK here again and install it over the old one. We'll let you know as soon as CLAYM is on Google Play.

Scan the code with your phone and open the guide there.

How you help us

You don't need to do anything special. Use CLAYM the way you'd use it later and tell us what you notice.

Frequently asked questions

Does testing cost anything?

No. The test version is free and you're not committing to anything.

Is the APK safe?

The file comes straight from us, from claym.me. Android warns about every app that doesn't come from Google Play; that's about how it's installed, not about the app.

How do I get updates?

On iPhone they come through TestFlight. On Android, download the latest APK from this page again and install it over the old version.

Installing on Android doesn't work. What now?

If Android says “App not installed”, delete the old CLAYM version and install the new one again. If that doesn't help, write to hello@claym.me and tell us your phone model.

How long does the test run?

Until CLAYM is in the App Store and on Google Play. After that, you switch to the store version.
